June Cohen is executive producer of TED Media and the creator of the enormously popular online video phenomenon called TEDTalks. TED started in 1984 as a conference bringing together people from three worlds: Technology, Entertainment, and Design. TED's reach is as broad as its mission is concise (mission statement: "spreading ideas"). Today, along with two annual conferences in California and Edinburgh, its offerings include the award-winning TEDTalks video site, the inspiring TEDx programs, and the annual TED Prize. Nick Sarnicola is a Gen-Y leader who became involved in network marketing at the age of eighteen when a stranger introduced him to the business. Completely inexperienced, Nick had difficulty getting his business off the ground, but he kept his eye on the prize and followed in the footprints of others who were successful. In 1999 he hooked up with Blake Mallen and experienced exponential business growth, but soon thereafter his company fell apart, and Blake and Nick founded their own company. Four years into it, Nick decided to return to the field to take the company to the next level. Within four months he became the top earner, producing 80 percent of the company's sales volume.

Mature Marketing
Ray Higdon is a network marketing leader and generic trainer who loves to teach others—in his company and beyond—how to create a never-ending supply of leads. Based in Florida, Ray became successful as a real estate investor during the latest housing boom, but lost everything in 2008 when the market crashed. Looking to create passive income, Ray had experimented with several network marketing companies since 2006. In 2009, he joined his current company and decided to give the business his full focus. He quickly became his company's top earner, and also became known as an Internet marketer, even though, he says, he builds his business mostly over the phone and through live meetings.

David Frey is one of the most unassuming, laid-back, low-key network marketing leaders you will ever meet. He is the owner of, an interactive online community that provides support to thousands of small business owners through seminars, coaching, and informational products. He also founded, where he shares inspirational videos to uplift and motivate viewers. David says he didn't want anything to do with network marketing when he was first introduced to it. Today he is a top income earner in his company, but what he is most proud of is that he is a great husband, father, and servant of people.
