In Pursuit of Success

in pursuit of success

The expectation of network marketing being an easy business may be attractive in theory but in practice, it will lead you astray.

My experience in network marketing is no different than most distributors: we have all been beaten down by the darkness of discouragement, rejection, and disappointment, but we all found redemption in the light of achievement. These experiences serve an important purpose. They show us that liberation is possible and it comes from commitment, persistence, and hard work.

You, as a distributor can create and build an amazing business of joy, happiness, and abundance, but unless you have a definitive why and are willing to pursue your purpose, it’s all for nil. Naught. Zilch.

Your why represents a promise and an assurance of wonderful things to come. Seize it, embrace it, expand it, immerse yourself in it, and fulfill it. Transformation takes place when you go beyond your expectations, abilities, and disappointment to embrace and immerse yourself in your why and your purpose. It’s important to understand that your why is simply passion and faith ablaze with enthusiasm, determination, and direction.

When you plant seeds in your business, your why and your faith will cultivate and nurture them, feed them, weed them and multiply them far better and faster than anything else you can do.

When a distributor tells you they have “achieved success” in their business, it’s obvious that they don’t understand or comprehend what network marketing is all about. Because success has no past tense. As a leader, you are continually pursuing success and even if you have enjoyed success, you are only succeeding in the present tense. Pursuing success and succeeding are perpetual endeavors because success has no end, no finish line, and no conclusion; only new beginnings and new challenges.

Commit to doing something wonderful every day and you will most certainly surprise yourself by achieving amazing things that inspire the hearts of everyone around you.
