The direct selling profession is made up of great and inspiring entrepreneurs. These leaders have real life experience on how to build and sustain a business from the ground to the top and they are more than willing to pass their knowledge on for free to those who are ready to learn.
It’s only in our profession that people can actually mentor their team without the envy syndrome, because if their team doesn’t succeed, they won’t either. Which do you prefer, getting knowledge from people who have never built business but just read books (professors) or from someone who has been in the field with real life experience? I’m sure you will pick the latter—and that’s the way it should be.
Here are five simple reasons I think the direct sales and network marketing profession is the place for any aspiring entrepreneur, especially young adults looking to build their entrepreneurial skills:
1. You don’t have to create your own products
In this difficult times, a large number of new graduates are getting frustrated and even those employed are no more secure as they can be dropped by their employers at will and at any given time. People these days are very open to new ideas to start their own business. Some are creating their own products, which is okay but it can be hard to generate the capital to get started. In the our profession, you don’t have to borrow a huge amount of money to create your products because the company you will partner with has already done that for you.
2. You don’t have to rent an office or a store
When you get involved in the network marketing, you don’t have to rent a store to actually market these products. Often times the products can be sold directly from your home or anywhere that’s convenient for you. You don’t have to spend money to hire people to help you sell these products. Just be willing to share the products yourself, learn how to market them effectively, and learn how to treat customers right.
3. You don’t have to register a business name
When you get involved in our profession, you don’t have to spend money to register a business name, to open a business bank account, to pay tax for store rent because you are working from home which is a great benefit to you. The company has already registered their business and you as a partner/distributor are only piggy-backing on those things which the company has already taken care of. You don’t need to go through the stress of getting paper work done for the government to approve your business.
4. Your association
In this profession you associate yourself with likeminded people who are also entrepreneurial in nature. This will help and motivate you in carrying out your goals effectively. Often people fail in business because they keep the same old friends they have always known. As an entrepreneur must surround yourself with other entrepreneurs, because hanging out with those who are not will harm your business. The reason is they don’t feel what you are feeling reason because they are not in the system with you. You can share your products with friends, but to discuss business ideas, it is better to talk to entrepreneurs.
5. Get trained by the best
It is only in this profession you get the best trainings from top income earners for free. A lot of people make the mistake of starting their own business without first understanding the network marketing profession. They start a business because they see others getting involved and all they want is to make money and be happy, but the truth is that is not always the case. There’s a process everybody in life must pass through and that process is called LEARNING. In the MLM profession we get trained by the best and that’s why a lot of people are seeing great result from their business and producing multiple millionaires.
If this make sense to you please share so others can benefit.
